Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a secure box, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days of receipt.
